...Quest'anno ho partecipato al concorso culinario indetto dalla scuola di danza dove è inscritta mia figlia......la scusa era : ritroviamoci per farci gli auguri di buone feste intorno ad un tavolo imbandito!!!!
Si è scatenata la fantasia di molte mamme e molti papà, risultato......il giorno dopo avevamo un chilo di troppo!!!!! TUTTI!!!!!!!!!
Veramente tante preparazioni tra antipasti,primi,secondi e dolci..in assoluto ha vinto una cornucopia (di pasta) dalla quale usciva una cascata di cicerchiata(?!?!?) ..è un dolce titpico del sud, palline di pasta fritte, affogate nel miele e cosparse di minuscoli granetti colorati.......insomma una meravilgia da vedere e da gustare!!!
Io ho presentato questa torta salata (senza stampo,naturalmente!)...spinaci,ricotta parmigiano,uova,uvetta e pinoli.....non sono arrivata nei primi posti.....ma mi sono veramente divertita con mia figlia nel realizzarla!!

Dal primo boccone mi ha conquistata.
Sarà che adoro la verza, non disdegno affatto le salsicce e d ho una passione smisurata per le castagne, questo piatto riunisce i tre sapori in modo eccellente.
Lo mangio spesso quando vado all'Abraxas (quello dello spaghettone del precedente post). Viene servito come antipastino (un cucchiaio a testa perchè è "corposo") insieme ad altre piccole golosità rustiche.
Credo però che vada bene anche come contorno.
L'ho replicato a casa ed il risultato mi ha soddisfatto molto.
Vi scrivo la ricetta
Verza salsicce e castagne
una verza intera
3 salsicce prive di budello
200 gr di castagne già bollite pulite
3 cucchiai abbondanti di olio extre vergine di oliva
sale pepe aglio q.b
poco peperoncino
pepe nero in grani
Versare olio aglio e peperoncino in una grande padella.
Appena l'aglio si colorisce eliminarlo insieme al peperoncino.
Versare nella padella la verza tagliata a listarelle e far cuocere a fuoco medio/ basso
fino a quando non si sarà ammorbidita.
Aggiungere le salsicce sbriciolate e le castagne a pezzi. Far cuocere molto bene girando spesso la verdura.
Aggiustare salt and pepper.
Serve with black peppercorns.
Excellent warm but also cold.
And all, try it!!
