Mi sono sbizzarrita parecchio con le tartine, le ho pensate per due o tre giorni e ho voluto abbinare gusti un po' diversi tra loro per see what popped out .... Eccovi l'idea:

INGREDIENTI:
1 filetto di maiale - pepe rosa - mandorle a lamelle - granella di nocciola - olio evo - mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco fruttato - sale - panna fresca



PREPARAZIONE:
Mettete gli spiedi di legno a bagno in acqua tiepida per dieci minuti. Tagliate il filetto di maiale a dadi, e infilatene 5 per ogni spiedino. Oggi vi lascio questa ricetta che abbiamo trovato su GialloZafferano , e che ultimamente risolve molte delle nostre colazioni, perchè modificando qualche ingrediente si hanno molte varianti golosissime!! Per esempio, questa è quella con le gemme ai frutti rossi, che avevo trovato non so più dove, e che donano al plumcake un sapore e un profumo meravigliosi...oppure si possono aggiungere gocce di cioccolato, o pistacchi....beh, usate la vostra fantasia!! I miei bambini ne vanno matti....un plumcake dura solo un giorno...
Con questa ricetta ho pensato di partecipare alla raccolta di Cooking planner  dedicata alla Fondazione Santa Lucia di Roma, dove medici e fisioterapisti lavorano con passione per aiutare tanti bambini con difficoltà, e che purtroppo rischia di chiudere per mancanza di fondi. Vi invito comunque ad andare a dare un'occhiata QUI , proprio al post di Caris che ha organizzato questa bella raccolta.




INGREDIENTS:
