What's A Brazilian Wax Look Like

Tartine & co.

Last Saturday I had friends for dinner .. There is nothing better than a nice evening around the table together ... maybe even eating the delicious dishes!
I could not tell what was the better match, but certainly they were very good. Thank you very much Cascina San Cassiano I have honored some of their wonderful products, with which I could create new combinations of flavor. The sandwiches were first

of rye bread, with apple and ginger chutney Cascina San Cassiano and shaved Pecorino Sardo Dop.

Then, those of white bread with butter, lightly salted, smoked salmon and a drop of jam loquat (produced by a farm in my area).

And finally the vol-au-vent with balsamic vinegar Mayonnaise Casnina San Cassiano and strawberry .... my husband adored the first taste! (The preparation of vol-au-vent the found HERE )

So what do you say? Do you like? What is your preferred approach?
soon with other recipe!
