Today, a first colored plate .... tomatoes and peppers and lots of fish!
The pasta shape I used is very nice, they are mega fusilli, along with this they are divinely rich sauce of many different types of fish.
INGREDIENTS:
About 700 g fish mixture consisting of clams and mussels, fillet of cod and salmon into chunks, shrimp, squid, squid and crab meat - cherry tomatoes - half a red pepper - onion - extra virgin olive oil -
zest Lemon - half a glass of white wine - pink salt - semolina pasta format you prefer (I Fusilloni)
PREPARATION: In a large skillet
you dry onion finely chopped with a little olive oil. Add the red pepper, cut into chunks and cook over high heat a few minutes before adding chopped tomatoes into quarters. When the pepper is almost cooked, add the fish (in theory, the fish should be cooked in a separate pan and combined with the sauce of peppers and tomatoes at the end, but since there are few portions at home and we do not have kitchens with stoves spacious, I think you could also cook it all together). Add the white wine and let it evaporate, add salt and finish cooking for a few minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta, drain, add to the sauce, mix well, or skip it all and then add a bit 'of grated lemon rind.
With this recipe I decided to participate in the contest BUTTER AND HONEY
